   ### Description
   
   The summary page today just shows the total segments and segments unavailable.
   Having unused segments displayed here would be useful.
   
   ### Motivation
   
   The number of unused segments could exponentially grow, if one doesn't run kill tasks at regular intervals or dosen't setup coordinator auto kill.
   
   This can especially affect environments with many Streaming ingestion, since, the datasources would be compacted regularly which would over shadow existing smaller segments.
   
   If this is displayed in Summary page, end user would be alerted of the unused segments.
