This will need to be addressed by the role access mechanisms that we need to add to the API. I'm changing issue type from Question to Improvement.

> In createExperiment.php script we can provide a project created by another user. Is this acceptable?
> Project created by - User1
> Experiment created by - User2 but provides the project created by above User1 in the script
> Experiment is created successfully. Is this OK?
> IMO the experiment should only be created with a project created by the same user.
