James 2.2.0 RC5 is a Release Candidate for James version 2.2.0.  If there
are no blocking defects, this is what will be called James 2.2.0.

The various issues that have been raised for James 2.2.0 all appear to have
been resolved in RC4, although we are waiting for more feedback from users
of various databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, DB2, Ingres, etc.) to confirm.
There is only one change between James 2.2.0RC4 and James 2.2.0RC5: we
updated the bundled DBCP to the pending release candidate from Commons,
which appears to have fixed a reported problem.

Please join us in testing this version.  If there are no blocking defects,
the James PMC expects to release James 2.2.0 on Wednesday, June 2, 2004.
