I have a table in DB but no entities in model. When merging 'To Model'
1. New DbEntity & ObjEntity are shown in tree only after reloading project
2. Two (!!!) obj entities are created at once, i.e 'Artist' and 'Artist1'

3. When changing direction, the table is not properly updated, and operation shown is incorrect
4. ObjEntity default generated class name should be built from map package name and its name. Now it is "org.apache.cayenne.CayenneDataObject", this seems meaningless to me
