Compilation failure in Apache Clere
Hi Devs,
First I'm really happy to see Clerezza at Apache Incubator and I'm a person
who were waiting until you comes in to Apache once I see the mail in Apache
General list. So I hope to actively participate on contributing towards
clerezza.
I was trying to check out the project and tried to build the parent after
successfully building felix security bundle. But during the initial stage I
got the following compilation error[1]. After the error I tried to import it
in to idea by running mvn idea:idea during that i got the following error
[2]. Can anyone please help me to fix this issue.

Hi Lahiru
What java version do you have? javac -version should return 1.6 or
greater for clerezza to compile.

Hi Hasan,
Thanks Hasan for the reply. I'm getting the following error during the build
of ontology plugin[1]. My maven version is 2.1.0 and I will try with the
latest maven and get back to you. I would love to write a blog post on how
to build clerezza, once I succeed.

can you go to org.apache.clerezza.maven-ontologies-plugin
and do a mvn clean package
to see whether you can build the plugin without failure
The plugin is needed to build org.apache.clerezza.rdf.core
If building plugin completes successfully
go to org.apache.clerezza.rdf.core and do a mvn clean package
If you can't build the plugin, please report the error and
you might want to try to use the newest version of maven.
Now I wonder what you'll get.
