Please attach or send the PDF. Which lines did you commented? {{setMDPPermission}} sets {{/TransformMethod}} so it sounds weird that it would complain that it is missing. A "sigrefdocmdp" doesn't exist.

The only thing I noticed is that MDP requires PDF 1.5. So maybe I should change that. I wonder if it is allowed to increase the version when signing.
