Forrest has been failing for some time on the Ant xmlvalidate task.
Perhaps it explicitly needs to depend on the *resolver now.

Nope, that would be project="dist-ant" ids="ant-apache-resolver".
I think here is the point. "ant" doesn't contain the resolver related
code, only "dist-ant" does.
Given that Xerces now depends on resolver, we can simply move this
dependency up the chain. I'll give it a try.
