MaxLifeSeconds value

We have a cache that has mixed max live times
some are to live until we directly remove them from the cache.

in the ccf file I have
jcs.region.component.elementattributes.IsEternal=false

and on the element I'm setting MaxLifeSeconds = -1

do I need to set IsEternal on the element?
