Peoples,

Just to let you know (as it has now been found out :>), there is a 
"security-users@xml.apache.org" list for user questions on the library.

That's not a hint :>.  People are more than welcome to put questions on 
the security-dev list still - we just wanted to provide a list that 
didn't necessarily have library development discussion.
