New Ant with JWSDP 1.0_01 could not take double quote in PATH

I just installed JWSDP 1.0_01 and "ant build" fails with an error. It turns out 
that I have a component in PATH that was double quoted.  I removed the double 
quote and it worked fine.

Previous Ant with JWSDP 1.0-ea2 does not have this problem.
