installshield crap

smart.  real smart.  

My installshield can't build the installer without hacking because it
doesn't have any "lang/eng" or any other language subdirectories.
bastards.  Yea, yea, cp works wonders.

Hmm.  And I can't build a single file install AFAIK.  Guess that's what
you get for using the IS2 that comes with Delphi.  Grr.

(was just building a test so I can try it on a few machines and see if it
works...)
