Some recent changes to the class `GoogleBigQueryConfiguration` causes `ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException` for endpoint urls containing 3 parts (i.e. `google-bigquery://test-project:google_bigquery_test_dataset:google_bigquery_table_for_partitioning?connectionFactory=#connectionFactory`)

Simple test covering this should be added.
