JNI crashing

I´m trying to access to some native methods from a servlet, but I´m getting
an error in the console. But it´s so large that I´m not able to see the
first messages... I´ve got tomcat.log, jasper.log and servlet.log, but
there´s no error messages in them. Should I have another log file to see JNI
errors??
