Must have been fixed, I was looking at the http://incubator.apache.org/cloudstack/docs/en-US/Apache_CloudStack/4.0.1-incubating/pdf/Installation_Guide/Apache_CloudStack-4.0.1-incubating-Installation_Guide-en-US.pdf documentation, last week and had a talk with Edison because the documentation was incorrect, I just re-downloaded the PDF and it is correct now, you can close this sorry.
