[jira] Commented: (FELIX-573) automatically ignore invalid packages

    [ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FELIX-573?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=12620242#action_12620242 ]

Peter Kriens commented on FELIX-573:
------------------------------------

The problem is easy to fix, just ensure that there is a !yahoo-dom-event, ... in the Export-Package instruction.

I will not fix this because there is a debate going on about this inside the OSGi. Spring is a little bit overly strict here.

> it would be nice if the plugin could automatically ignore invalid packages.
> our usecase: that the wicket-datetime project has a folder "yahoo-dom-event" inside the package structure.
> when this folder is included in the Import-Package and Export-Package headers, the manifest becomes invalid.
