Namespace refactoring

I'm guessing we should theoretically be able to drop the newly built
jars into our projects and run just fine, but I'm having classloader
issues.

If I have the startup listener under the org.apache namespace, it
can't find it and the webapp doesn't load.

If I have it under the net.sourceforge namespace, it can't find the
standard-faces-config.xml, and then nothing in JSF works.

Any thoughts?
