.NET Core 3.1 LTS support ends in December 2022: https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/platform/support/policy/dotnet-core

Upgrade to .NET 6.

This does not affect Ignite.NET usage, only development. We continue to target netstandard2.0 using a newer SDK.
