Different sys rules dir after update from 3.1.6 to 3.1.7

Howdy,

This is my first post here, so I wanted to say, "HELLO WORLD!"

Ok, this is a question:

On CentOS-4.4; SA upgraded through CPAN.

In 3.1.6 sys rules dir was /usr/share/spamassassin
In 3.1.7 it is /var/lib/spamassassin/3.001007/updates_spamassassin_org.pre

And I still have /usr/share/spamassassin with all previous rules there.

Should I remove /usr/share/spamassassin dir?
It happened only in this upgrade - why?
