Problems getting ServiceMix started

I'm getting an error when trying to start the ServiceMix server. Please note
that I had to edit bin/servicemix file to even try to start the server. If
anybody has any ideas what is causing the error below, please advise.
thanks.

java version "1.4.2_09"
Java(TM) 2 Runtime Environment, Standard Edition (build 1.4.2_09-b05)
Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (build 1.4.2_09-b05, mixed mode)

Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError:
org/codehaus/classworlds/Launcher

FWIW, the classpath is completely handled by the startup script for
your platform. I.e., you shouldn't have to change your classpath at
all unless you've got stuff in your classpath that clashes. This is
why I never set my classpath in my environment. I always do it via
scripts.

Ok, so I figured this out. I am fairly new to JAVA, so I wasn't exactly sure
what it was referring to. For some reason my path for CLASSPATH was getting
set badly, so I changed it manually, and that fixed the problem.
