I wonder it if would make sense to maintain a YAML file alongside committee-info.txt which contains the charters + override titles?

I would expect entries in the file to remain even after retirement, for use by Attic etc.

The info would probably all be public, however that directory is not.
The data could be published by Whimsy with very little redaction if any.
