more doc about fediz?

Hi,

it could be nice to detail a bit fediz-tomcat integration.

in particular how the auth method WSFED is available.

>From what i saw it works because there is the fediz valve configured so
tomcat doesn't try to find the authenticator from the method but WSFED is
not in Authenticators.properties of tomcat so it is first a bit confusing
for users i think (in particular when you get "Cannot configure an
authenticator for method WSFED" because of a bad configuration or something
like that).
