[~tvalentyn] - assigning this to you. In light of (https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/BEAM-10635) maybe we should do this sooner.

[~ningk] or [~rohdesam] - feel free to take this task on if you have some available time. This bug seems to impact interactive developers most.
