blueprint annotations?

    *Hello,*

    I am curious if there are plans to migrate karaf commands to
    blueprint annotations
    http://aries.apache.org/modules/blueprintannotation.html
    and to drop OSGI-INF/blueprint/*.xml

    ?

The last time I've given this a shot (~6 month ago) the annotations were by
far not sufficient to get everything required done; have you checked? Is it
possible in the meantime?

If we were to use annotations, I'd rather wait until we have a real CDI
compatible implementation.  I don't really think the blueprint annotations
are really helpful, especially when using configuration and not only
injection.
