[email] Release Candidate 3 posted!

Hi all,

I have posted posted Release Candidate 3 of commons-email.  The only
code change from Release Candidate 2 was the change of some ArrayList to
List in method signatures and some javadoc cleanup.  It is tagged as
EMAIL_1_0_RC3.

I have attempted to go through the signing process, however, this is my
first time, so please help me validate this!  I'd like to get a
consensus from the community on how long to leave RC3 up, and then call
for a 1.0 vote based on the RC3 code.

I'd like to get this to 1.0, as I've been sitting on the RC2 version for
over two months (no good excuse why :-( ).
