HI Gavin,

I had a glance at
OFBiz BuildBot conf
http://docs.buildbot.net/0.8.1/Creating-a-buildslave.html
https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/INFRA/ASF+Buildbot+Configuration+update+workflow
https://ci.apache.org/buildbot.html
https://ci.apache.org/buildslaves

But I'm still unsure how to do it :/

We could use one slave by release (trunk, next, stable and old) to know when one is stale and react. Else if we have 2+ for all how to know when one is stale, should we care?

Thanks!
