The new mirror script is not showing any backup mirrors at the end of the list.

Also the list may include ftp: URLs, which never used to happen.
I am seeing ftp://ftp.mirrorservice.org/sites/ftp.apache.org/

wget from people.a.o (US) shows several ftp: sites
