Fix for the XSLTC id() function problem (bugzilla 12117) available

The XSLTC id() function problem
(http://nagoya.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=12117 ) causes 16
testcases to fail in trax.dom flavor.  The problem is now fixed in the
XSLTC_DTM branch. Because the changes are different for the main branch,
and XSLTC_DTM would be integrated into the main branch soon, I did not make
the changes in the main branch. This is one of the important problems where
fixing one bug can have a good impact on the XSLTC conformance.
