[I] java.io.FileNotFoundException: libgeos.so.3.10.7 [incubator-gluten]

### Bug description
Using gluten main branch code to build gluten in dynamic mode will success, but use the built gluten package to run will result in fail as follow:

I found libgeos.so.3.10.7 not packaged into gluten-thirdparty-lib-centos-7-x86_64.jar.
I compile the main branch code in linux centos7 using spark3.2.
