The following changes should be made to the {{o.a.c.g.euclidean.twod.Line}} API:
 * use well-named factory methods instead of overloaded constructors.
 * make the class immutable.
 * add {{equals}}, {{hashCode}}, and {{toString}}
 * update documentation to remove or at least explain uncommon terms (eg, "abscissa")
