Removed sun orb

I removed the sun orb code from OpenEJB 2 which will allow us to  
build OpenEJB 2 using a java5 vm (but producing 1.4 byte code).   
Anyone that has worked with the orb in the Sun vm can attest to how  
lame it is and how strange it made our code.  If anyone wants it  
back, complain and we can restore the code.
