[QA CALLFORREVIEW] Add random methods in TestUtil, create test cases to check cell background color and font color.

Hi, all

One patch for UNO automation test script has been submitted with *Bug 120689
* <https://issues.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=120689>.

In this patch:
1. Add random method to get random font size.
2. Add test cases to check cell background color and font color.
