Thread Pool

I am using Service Mix 3.3. I have developed and deployed my Service Unit.
Now I want to tune my assembly for scalability and throughput.

I wanted to understand the usage of Component and Service Assembly thread
pool configurations and when to use what. I am using both send and sendSync
exchange options.
