Problem with Apache for WindowsNT

Hi,

    I am sorry if I posting this to a wrong alias but could you
 please give me a reply to this mail.

    I am using Apache on my Windows-NT 4.0 workstation . I am 
 not able to get any of the environment variables like 

    env(REQUEST_METHOD), env(QUERY_STRING) or env(CONTENT_LENGTH)
 
 in my cgi programme. Could you please tell me why this problem is
 coming for me.
