[Bug 123115] Lithuanian (lt) translation update for OpenOffice 4.0.1

The off-line Lithuanian translation has been completed.

Please, download the complete package of the PO files by following this link
<https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/1210965/Open%20Office/aoo40_ui_lt_po-files.zip>
and substitute it for the current package.

Let me know should any problems occur. I'll do my best to fix them immediately.

If no errors are encountered, please, built a test version to double-check and
finalize the upcoming release.
