broken link on download page for "previous to 0.7.0-incubating here."

The link http://sna-projects.com/kafka/downloads.php does not exist, bottom
of https://kafka.apache.org/downloads and takes me to the sna-projects.com
homepage to buy steroids online.

<http://sna-projects.com/kafka/downloads.php>."

I looked at history on kafka-site.git and it hasn't changed, so I am
guessing the host of this has changed?  I tried to find where it could now
be and issue a PR to the kafka-site.git, but no luck.

Should this link just be removed?
