(I18n) for WebApp

Omkar Reddy commented on CLIMATE-409:
-------------------------------------
Hello [~lewismc], Instead of implementing a language specific map why don't we implement a generic map in english language just like google maps?? Since the whole web-app is in english implying to a presumption that the user can read english. Just a thought.
Thanks.

> Right now the map (widget) is static in the sense that is shows countries in their native languages... this is not ideal as say for example I do not know the native name for a particular country...
> It would be nice to have a language drop down which would then dynamically change the countries... cities, etc to that locale.
