[general] uploading files into archive.apache.org
I note that several projects (even some jakarta-commons projects) have
archived old releases at http://archive.apache.org/.
Can anyone explain the proper protocol for uploading files to
archive.apache.org? Is there documentation for this somewhere?

If I understand this correctly, if I follow the instructions at
http://jakarta.apache.org/commons/releases/, this happens automatically.
Is that correct?
I.e., when I push out commons-primitives-1.1 to
/www/www.apache.org/dist/jakarta/commons/primitives and update the
"current" symlinks, everything just magically works out ok?
