CR/CR/LF output of svnlook

A minor bug which I'm seeing on W2K, SVN 0.37.0.

I enter a multi-line comment via --file (for example,

  svn commit --file MY.LOG

where MY.LOG contains several lines, either CR/LF or LF-separated, it's
irrelevant).

Output generated by "svn log -r XXX" is correct. However, output from
either one of:

  svnlook log -r XXX
  svnlook info -r XXX

contains erroneous CR/CR/LF sequences.

I'm testing that with enable-auto-props=no (and also use-commit-times=no,
because the combination of auto-props and use-commit-times causes
another bug already reported).

I haven't entered an issue because I'd like someone on Windows to test
it, to determine it's not a local glitch somehow.

Thanks,

                                                                Juanma
