    Resolution: Won't Fix

This is a limitation of the WebView, it's not able to display signatures. There is nothing we can do about it.
You will have to open Adobe Reader to display your files (you can use InAppBrowser but with _system option instead of _blank, and I think the url scheme is com.adobe.adobe-reader://. If that doesn't work, you can use a file opener plugin.
