   fixes []uint8 -> DeepCachingType mismatch on reads, defaults a nil or empty RoutingName to "cdn" on creates, and fixes the N+1 query issue on the tenancy check. Assumes -1 as a the sentinel for no parentID on a tenant (i.e. root tenant.)
