[RESULT] [VOTE] Create a mailinglist for intra-project communication

So the results are:

a) no new list
1: Naomi

b) create a tech@a.o<ma...@a.o> list that's expected to be used with
[subject][line][tags] only
1: Bertrand (*) (M)

c) create an iot@a.o<ma...@a.o> list
6: Chris (M), Andrew, Julian (M), Lars, Myrle (*) , Jorge

(*) are comdev PMCs (As far as I can see and their votes are binding comdev votes)
(M) are people volunteering to be moderators for that particular option they voted for.

Guess it's up to a comdev PMC to decide what should be done with this result.
As far as I could see we have two comdev binding votes one for every option b and c.

Chris

Hi Julian,

Well I am also not part of ComDev PMC, but I think that wouldn't be a problem.

    thanks, the result looks good.

Fyi there is already a tech@labs.a.o that commiters can use for cross
project topics.

I missed the opportunity to promote it here at the right time, but better
late than never!

Geee ... Ok ... the iot@apache.org is now queued for creation.

Unfortunately also 9 others too ;-/ ..
I hope they are not created automatically ...
and I hope Infra will catch them and drop them (At least I asked them to ignore them)

Guess now I can change my non-binding vote into a binding one ;-)
But still I don't have 3 binding votes for it ... so officially there's still one binding vote missing ...
So should I still continue with creating the mailinglist?
