Dynamic Validation

Hi all!

I think, currently the feature 

  "http://apache.org/xml/features/validation/dynamic"

only examines if there is a DOCTYPE declaration, but it does 
not analyse the xsi:schemaLocation attribute, which gives the
hint to the Schema grammar files. Two questions:

(1) Am I right with this statement?

(2) If yes, is it intended to expand this feature also for
    Schema grammars?

I would vote for expanding this feature to include all grammars,
not just DTDs. So Schemas would also be included.

Yes, you are right.
