Security Manager

Hi,

I attempt to launch Tomcat with Security Manager (with -security option)
I want to start from the default catalina.policy and add step by step what 
my application need.

If i start Tomcat whit a -Djava.security.debug=access,failure,
I can see a lot of "denied" on java.lang.RuntimePermission 
defineClassInPackage and accessDeclaredMembers

In documentation on permissions in the java 2 sdk, i can see "Warning" , 
"Extreme caution"  ... so i ask

I have to add permission to all of this ?
