## What is the purpose of the change

Add compression support for ParquetAvroWriters.

## Brief change log

- Added overloaded versions for methods 'forSpecificRecord', 'forGenericRecord' and 'forReflectRecord', which need an extra CompressionCodecName parameter.
- Added corresponding unit tests.

## Verifying this change

This change added tests and can be verified as follows:

- Added extra unit test cases locates in ParquetStreamingFileSinkITCase, with methods named `testWriteParquetAvroSpecificWithCompression`, `testWriteParquetAvroGenericWithCompression` and `testWriteParquetAvroReflectWithCompression`.
