To make HDFS working correctly in NN HA mode, property "dfs.namenode.rpc-address" from hdfs-site need to be removed. This was implemented in NN HA Wizard, but "Move Namenode" wizard keeps adding it back. We need to check all possible occurrences of "dfs.namenode.rpc-address" in UI and make sure that UI don't add this property if NN HA is enabled.
