Problem with insufficient permissions partially resolved

I found out that I have to enter the username in lower case letters in 
order to be able to create a new issue. Nevertheless, I cannot change 
anything in issue FOR-203 where I am the reporter.

So what happens when you go to
http://issues.cocoondev.org/browse/FOR-203
and choose the left-menu:
Operations
 => Comment
