[Bug 5900] VBounce does not whitelist CommuniGate bounces

Actually, iirc the VBounce ruleset matches "whitelist_bounce_relays" against 
'xxx.fi', not the HELO or RDNS.  I think this is the multiline-Received-hdr bug
that Karsten was looking at.  but without full sample mails and config to demo
this, I'm stumped -- so please attach the config too.  thanks...
