Problems with cvs changes to FOP 0.12.1

Greetings,

I think some changes to the FOP cvs
have caused it to be broken, 

I am not sure where though..

here is my test case, please feel free to
use it in future test cases.


The *.FO file

the *.pdf  before recent CVS changes. (WORKS great)

I can render your FO's without problem. I have the border changes but I have
not synced to the linking changes. Alternatively your build could be broken.
