Arpit Gupta resolved HDFS-2429.
-------------------------------
Resolution: Invalid
Target Version/s: 0.20.205.1, 0.23.0, 0.24.0 (was: 0.24.0, 0.23.0, 0.20.205.1)
resolving it as invalid as 200 is fine when the resource does not exist and is being deleted. This is the expected response.
