   Sometimes when couchdb docker container is started and check all dbs page in futon, it shows error "The database is failed to load"

   It should show the existing dbs with data.
   
   ## Current Behavior

   Sometimes, we are seeing the error "Tha database is failed to load" for all the existing dbs. Sometimes we see it for some of the dbs. We are not able to recover the data present in the db.

   1. Restart the existing couchdb container.

   We are just storing data into couchdb database.
